"It was just an ok experience. Breakfast was a little disappointing.. not much for hot food. No eggs or breakfast meat. just very basic. What I didn't like was the fact that the advertised price on hotels.com was not the price when I went to book the room. It was higher."

"New owners and they are actively refurbishing the rooms. Our stay was fine, as an older building, there are typically less wall receptacles than you would see in a modern hotel. This was not a issue for us as we typically bring a multi-port power adapter."

"I stay here every time in town. A very small hotel with very few employees who recognize me when I come in eventhough I only stay 2 to 3 times a year. The view of Oyster Bay is great and available from every rooms balcony. It is clean! Old school place so if you want new and fancy, don't come. Real glass drink glasses - I just love that nostalgia. Towels are quality. Breakfast a small affair with breads, pastries, boiled eggs and fruit only which is just fine with me."

"We needed a room between stops and I was unsure when I booked here how it would be. The staff was beyond nice, the room was clean and had great aesthetics and it was perfectly in town (we even snuck in the Rodeo Drive in) for everything we needed."

"Everything is great!!! Oh my gosh. Gr8 views. Ck out AOWW. I'M POSTING MY STAY HERE. LOVE IT. I WILL DEF STAY AGAIN. PT. ORCHARD NEEDS MORE HOTELS,MOTELS, INNS ALONG THEIR WATERFRONT. I WOULD TEAR DOWN THOSE OLD STRUCTURES FULL OF ANTIQUES AND PUT IN MORE PLACES TO STAY. THIS COULD BE A GREAT TOURIST TOWN IF THEY GOT THEIR ACT TOGETHER. PUT IN MORE BREAKFAST PLACES. IT COULD BE GR8 WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE MAKING THE CHANGE."

"The view from the back deck is magical, we spent 4 nights at the property and 80% of the time was sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck just gazing out at the water and listening to music. One of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had!!"
