"Room was clean. The staff were really nice. The breakfast lady has a difficult job, and does it excellently. We have never had a poor experience at this hotel. On this occasion, my wife had a medical appointment. It's a shame you don't have medical rates; your easy access to the RUH would make it such a plus."
