"I cannot recommend the The Base House Kinosaki enough. There were 4 of us staying for 2 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. The Host of the property was fantastic. He was gracious, courteous, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond at all times. He was very easy to communicate with and responded to our emails and texts right away. "A very nice onsen hotel. Traditional Japanese rooms and fabulous meals. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have a shuttle service to the train station, which was most appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel. "
