"This was my second time staying at this hotel and it won’t be my last! The property is easy to get to from Kyoto station, the staff are all so friendly and professional, the amenities are great, rooms are clean and comfortable. The onsen is one of my favorite things about staying here. The breakfast is excellent too!"

"This place is located perfectly if you're looking for quick access to dotonburi and amerikumua. We went during typhoon season and it was hot and rainy but the AC was really cold in the room and access to the Walk and trains was really close. I loved how friendly the staff was and they recommended an amazing yakitori place across the street our first night. They had all the amenities you would need in the room and restocked it every day. I never knew when they turned down our room but the bed was always made and towels hung. I don't usually recommend hotel breakfast but this one was amazing if you want Japanese and continental choices and all the Boss coffee you can drink! They even have ice cream machine that was amazing."

"This place was fantastic, we stayed during Silver Week, which meant the hotel was full, however we never once felt crowded. The only thing lacking was a laundry service, however there is a laundromat 600m away. The closeness to the station which is only one stop from Kyoto was really convenient. Looking forward to coming back."

"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location for restaurants and to move around. There is laundry available, bath house, and a gym. The staff was really helpful. And the rooms are beautiful and very clean! I certainly recommend this hotel!"

"This hotel is super clean. It has public bath, laundry, and a restaurant. The location is close to a subway station. There are so many nice restaurants nearby. And, the staff was super friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended for tourists."
