Lots of dishes! Great amenities, clean linens. Awesome pool, grateful for available floaties. Many restaurants on the lists are no longer open. :/ Surprised by how many uneven floors and trip hazards. Great for able -bodied renters that like posh decor. :)
Just was accommodating for our large group which included 9 adults and 6 kids (3 under the age of 2). Beautiful clean rooms and grounds. Highly recommend!
Great location and house for 4 couples - a hard find - 4 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms ! Lovely warm pool and great kitchen and rooms to socialize in ! Would highly recommend !
The house was great. Central location to get to the various wineries on the trail. It was too cold for us to use the pool - but that would be a great feature in the warmer months. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.
Pretty good place. Needs a washer dryer - especially with all the pool related things we quickly ran out of dry clean items. Pool was fantastic though.
We stayed at the Kingsville house for a long weekend. The house had plenty of room for all 10 of us. The property managers were quick to respond to any questions/issues we had.
We are 3 couples that visit Kingsville area each summer to visit wineries and play golf. Normally we stay at hotels. This year we decided to stay in a VRBO and rented the Kingsville House for 4 days.
We loved our stay at the Kingsville House and it was a great location and wonderful property. The house is well stocked for anything needed and most bedrooms have their own bathroom.
Our favorite thing about the house was the big deck and heated pool. We would hit the pool after golf in the morning and finish our day in the pool and on the deck with our friends and wine from our winery visits.
The Kingsville House will be our 'go to place' for all our future visits to Kingsville. Thanks to Paul for making our visit great.
The property was beautifully decorated, very nicely appointed and well-stocked. The location near the town
is great and the town is very nice to go around. We would definitely go again. We rented it for the five rooms though the fifth room, which we did not use in the end was definitely not as nice as all the others so that would be something to be aware of in case it was a group going - also the owners left signs up that said that fifth room was out of bounds which made the arrival quite stressful- it would have a really easy to have removed those before we arrived. Getting details from the owners was also quite frustrating as they used links to external websites that the VRBO site blocks in the app - stopping this would be an easy fix - I did mention this a few times, it was a shame as the owners were very nice when we did get to speak to them. There was a problem with the bbq which they fixed quickly. They dealt with putting out the weekly garbage/recycling and had alight requirements for what to do on leaving which was definitely appreciated.
We are in our 60’s and when with our 30 years old daughter and son in law and 1 year old granddaughter. The kids absolutely loved it and everyone enjoyed the outdoor area.
A couple of cons were the cleanliness a d safety. My husband slip on the carpet in the living room and hurt his back. There was a lack of salad bowls and utensils. The grosses part was the toilet bowl brush. DONT look at it. I’ve never seen one so dirty in my whole life. I still can’t get over it. For a few dollars they should be changing it. I don’t think it ever has been. They also could have done something with the gardens. They had beautiful hostas hiding because massive weed so
Other than those few things the house was beautiful and comfortable.
The host was the nicest person I have ever dealt with. Wish they could clone him. He really was amazing
This house was great with lots of large beds for all. The pool was fantastic, fully stocked kitchen. Location is easy to navigate through town. Short drive to anything you'd want to do. Customer service was the quick and responsive! The house had the best book of local places & information. They thought of everything! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We'd stay again.
Ten of our family stayed at the 147 Division St. North property. We found it well equipped and a wonderful place for all of us to gather. Communication with the owner was first rate! They were always available, friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful and very family friendly with beaches, playgrounds, and lots of interesting attractions. The fresh summer fruits and vegetables were amazing. We ate fresh peaches, corn, and tomatoes until we couldn't. Thank you
Stayed with my kids , brother and his family and parents for family reunion .
The place was great and the host is superb , very friendly and no headaches . I recommend .
Very nice pool 👍
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Kingsville house. Great location and the heated saltwater pool was a huge hit! The outdoor space is perfect for dining or hanging out. The 3 upstairs bedrooms have window AC units so packing the white noise machine for the baby wasn’t necessary but the main floor bedrooms are cooled by the central AC system. It was great that they provided towels as well as beach towels for the pool.
Our only recommendation for improvement would be that the host provide paper towels and tissues for future bookings.
The property is exactly as listed. The decor is beautiful and the furnishings are top quality so...comfortable mattresses, sturdy, wide dining table (accommodated 9 adults easily), lush, solid living room couches and chairs, etc. Pool clean and nicely heated complete with pool floats. Bbq clean and working great! All rooms upstairs have full private baths. All upstairs rooms have separate cooling system to boost the central air and this worked out great. Each room has a clean, working fridge and coffee maker (bring pods). Linens were LOVELY! WATER pressure was great in showers. Lots of parking. Attentive hosts. We experienced a few hiccups and the Dream Team jumped on the case and made things right. Not as close to the bulk of wineries as id have liked but certainly not a LONG way! Do be careful of little ones and older folks walking or running thru house as the levels change often and there are some tripping hazards due to the age of the home. But the floors are beautiful! Not a house for running thru anyway. Reasonably accessible. There is a big comfy king bedroom on main floor and a bath plus easy walk out deck. So three steps up from driveway and thats it!
We enjoyed our stay with 4 people. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. It would be a tight fit with 12 guests cooking in the kitchen. The Bedrooms and Bathrooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the patio and the pool as well.

Beautiful but not clean
This in regards to my group’s stay over the weekend of September 3rd to 5th. Upon arrival the smell of garbage was overwhelming. The bins were overflowing, with bags of garbage around it. One of the guests in group is severely allergic to bees— the excess amount of garbage obviously attracted a large amount, making time spent outside not always enjoyable and also unsafe. The heated pool was lovely but sadly not clean at all. Hairs were found in the beds, smells and stains on pillows as well. While the home does advertise that it sleeps 12, we were not supplied with enough bath towels for our group of 8 people. The neighbour spent a large portion of the day on Sunday watching us in the pool which made our group feel extremely uncomfortable. We were provided with only disinfectant wipes to clean and there was no broom. We appreciated the wine left for us with the welcome package. The kingsville house was beautiful and our experience was mostly wonderful but we weren’t not impressed with the things listed above for what we paid for our stay.
The property managers were professional, kind and made sure we had a wonderful trip! We were a group of 11 that came to celebrate my Mom’s 75th Birthday! The home/backyard was spacious and fully stocked with all the essentials: towels, cooking pots, supplies, games, paper towel, tissue box, pools toys etc…. We enjoyed the pool, and neighbouring restaurants. We also visited the Southernmost tip of Canada at Peele National Park. This was the perfect weekend getaway! We will be back!
