"The hotel building interior is outdated,the main lobby looks normal apartment,poor interior design ang lighting,the carpets on the hallways are dirty with stains,bathroom floors dusty,toilet bowl and bath tub are old,no hairdryer for my wife and kids.top of table in the rooms are dusty,refregirator is very small inside the cabinet,microwave and coffee maker on top of the writing desk which supposed to have separate table shelving,also we have to swith back and forh to plug the because 3 items using in one plug outlet deak lamp,microwave and coffee maker which is not convinient to crawl under the desk.windows are not properly sealed as we can hear the winds coming tru inside the room.furnitures,TV and table lamps need to upgrade."

"The only two things I didn't like was that you had to pay extra for parking and that they didn't have a hot tub. At check in I was informed by the front desk lady that it would be $20 a night to park in the hotel parking, thankfully I was able to parky vehicle elsewhere and ubered to the hotel. Secondly it's 2026, if you have a pool you should have a hot tub! Otherwise absolutely loved my stay everything was clean breakfast was amazing, loved the 24hr coffee bar. The view and being right along the river was the best!!! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very clean and modern hotel. Location was wonderful for waterfront stroll, a visit to Adventure Bay waterpark and walking distance to Casino. Staff very friendly and helpful. Resturant on site was very nice. Parking was very convenient. The warm cookies at check in was a very nice touch."

"The staff were friendly throughout our entire stay, room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was basic with bagels, bread, cereal, fruits, yogurts, coffee, tea & juices but it was always fresh and a lot better than any place weve stayed before. Price was great"
