"the English style decor and the reading room/lounge, bedroom. Only issue is that this place is not for someone who has stair climbing issues or elderly as all room access is 2-3 floors. No buffet breakfast (which is great) because the daily planned options were amazing, just what a healthy good breakfast should be to start the day. Our stay was made comfortable by Cyrus who checked us in, explained everything and also was available for any other things. And Kaitlin for making our breakfasts...

"Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

"This hotel is beautifully located and the building what you would expect for Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean and somehow, even though it was clearly at capacity with younger guests and teams, they kept things very peaceful. The staff is exceptional. I had to speak to the ladies at the front desk for various things and each was professional, courtesy and made the experience very pleasant. I recommend this property if you are staying in Kingston.
