"Its incredible to be watching deer in such a peaceful, beautiful setting, whilst enjoying a cocktail! The hotel and grounds were lovely, however our room was way too hot and stuffy and we slept so badly, we didn't have breakfast included but were told we were unable to order a proper coffee the next morning which is a shame before a long journey. The

was a lovely addition, however it isnt heated as advertised and much colder than nearby sea. "

"As there were lots of children in the hotel that day, we were upgraded to a superior room on the next floor. Very thoughtful. Lovely to have a swim too. If I could make 1 comment there just needs to be a light similar to inside the wardrobe by the coffee making facility. Its a very dark area. Thank you 😊 "

"Had a great stay at the Solent hotel. Spa and Swimming facilities are really great and modern. Staff and general services are all good and friendly. The rooms are a little outdated and you can hear your neighbours through the walls. The big problem for me was the terrible beds! unfortunately, ours was awfully soft with a big dip in the middle...I expect better from a 4 star hotel. Overall good stay - would probably return to use the Spa facilities but not stay the night again. "
