"I had a "partial lake view" room and it was about what i expected- Mostly it showed the rest of the resort. Not much of a view of the lake unless i stepped outside my room and walked down to the stairs to the beach. I Might try the full lake view room next time. Overall it was a great expereince and the staffing was very good w keeping the parkings lots skraped and accessible during the bad winter storms of Feb '26. I plant to return here again durung the summer. "

"The room was clean, the staff was courteous and we were able to check in about 30 minutes early. The only issue was the TV remotes were extremely difficult to understand. The provided instructions were for a different remote that they are no longer using. It took us about 30 minutes to figure out how to get the TV running so that we could watch some Olympics coverage. And of course the staff leave at 4 PM so there is nobody on site to help you on the 24 hour line is not very helpful for things that you need for the room. Finally, although they provided soap and a hairdryer and toilet paper, they did not provide shampoo or conditioner as they had told me they would when I checked in. The kitchen was well stopped and had everything we needed. The provided coffee grounds were terrible, but the kitchen amenities were very good. I would say that the room did not look anything like the pictures. This is an older property with older cabinets and fixtures and showers. I would not say this is a luxury unit, but it is clean, very warm, safe, on the lake and very close to all the resorts. "
