Overall property and rooms were clean. Room and bathroom sizes are large. Carpets are clean but old . They could be replaced with hardwood or other materials. Otherwise excellent place to stay

It was perfect.from the staff to the hotel room to the location of the hotel the food was amazing its our second time there but back a third time in October l would and will highly recommend it to my friends and family i work in a nursery home so needed a stress free break and l got that in this fine hotel

Very tidy and nice hotel. Spacious room, free parking, quiet area. 10 minutes by car from Killarney. Perfect location for exploring the Ring of Kerry.

Hotel fabulous

It was an amazing experience. The family suite was very big and comfortablem higjly recommend staying here when in Killarney. A few minutes drive from loveky resturants and tourist attractions.

A Pleasant Experience Away From Home

We were there to enable us to attend a funeral in the local church. The receptionist was very helpful in providing directions and letting us know about the bar menu. The food was delicious.

Convenient for golf club

Stayed there because it was close to golf club, but it would be too far from town centre otherwise. Friendly staff, poor WiFi. Bar was very busy and waited way too long to be served food and then had to wait again to pay for it.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was recently renovated - beautifully finished and large with two queen-sized beds. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

First and last time staying here, a stay in hell

A spur of the moment decision to stay over night in Killarney ended with both adults having crippling back pain from the end of life cheap beds. The kids enjoyed it but for the adults it was unpleasant, the suite was nothing like the photos, were sparsely furnished with odd furniture that was mismatched and a well stained couch. The suite had two rooms which were independently locked as they could also be independent bedrooms was inconvenient as was the fact that the outer door wouldn’t and couldn’t lock as one door was shorter than the other so that the bolt wouldn’t reach the other door on locking it from the inside. I wouldn’t advise anybody to stay here in the future as it’s a hotel long past it’s best. No or little maintenance in the rooms has contributed to a run down appearance with broken tiles in bathrooms amongst plenty other glaring faults that you cannot miss when looking around.
