our stay was wonderful the staff was very helpful and kind! we were greeted with a glass of champagne upon arrival which just made it feel so special especially after a long drive to get there. it was perfectly hidden in the area so it was quiet but also a very quick walk to food, shopping, and pubs. i would definitely recommend this place

Very nice hotel. No A/c but windows open. Had breakfast and cocktails and everything was perfect. Great service. Staff is super welcoming and friendly. I recommend it. It is very well situated.

The room was large and had ample storage options for our luggage. Additional seating was nice. The bathroom was spotless and much larger than others on our trip. The front desk staff was friendly and able to provide information on the area. The breakfast area was inviting. He had prepaid for the full breakfast. My wife liked the continental breakfast and I really liked the full breakfast options.

What a gorgeous boutique hotel! So well set up. The privacy entry to our room was so well considered to minimise noise. Everything was beautiful, comfortable and convenient. Just around the corner from the town. On site parking is needed if you’re enjoying the sites from this town. Boutique lodge is our choice if we are ever lucky to come back to this most beautiful part of the world. Thank you for your hospitality.

We planned to drive around the ring of Kerry so it was a good location for this. The staff were really lovely with a glass of bubbly on arrival. The room was comfortable although we were right over the reception so it was a bit noisy in the morning with the coach or bus reversing and waiting out side. The dinning room lady was also lovely. Nothing too much trouble and the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice too. Free parking and plenty of it. It is a good base but Kilarney itself was very touristy.

The hotel’s location is terrific. Steps from the center of town, yet somehow far enough away that it was quiet. Best part about the room is that it was spacious. The staff was welcoming and helpful and check-in was speedy. We stayed in room 205 and there was a good amount of black mold on the shower walls in the corner. There was also a good amount of white dog or cat hair on the carpet throughout the main room. Seemed like perhaps it wasn’t vacuumed since someone’s pet stayed with them.

Hidden gem

The front reception staff (Kelly and Leilu) were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We liked that this hotel was tucked one street behind the main tourist area so it felt less hectic but still very well situated to access local restaurants and tourist sites.
