Kindly be informed that there is a supplemental fee of $50 per night for each guest exceeding two. Insects are present on the island and you may come across them from time to time, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services. Services are performed quarterly. These services cannot be declined by guests and you will need to plan accordingly. Please note, there is a mandatory additional fee of $25 to be paid upon check-in at the front desk, or no later than 9 AM the following day. The HOA strictly enforces this policy, and cars without a permit are quickly towed at the owner’s expense. We want to ensure you have a smooth and fine-free visit, so please make sure to pick up your parking permit on time.
