"I would 100 % not go here again. The service is terrible. Upon arrival, we did not get any service or information. No smile, no welcome. Just a very complicated and SLOW process to check in. The people in the reception don't speak English, mostly Swahili. But even without English it is possible to smile and be welcoming.
