    The Space:

    Centrally located in East Beach and close to the beach (150 yards), this charming first-floor, one-bedroom villa is ideal for your next retreat. 4250 Mariner's Watch Villa has a screened porch that overlooks the beautiful lagoon view. Improvements include tiled flooring, updated appliances, new cabinets in the kitchen, and updated vanity in the bath. There are two TVs and free WiFi throughout the home. The property has a King-size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room and can accommodate up to four guests. The family dog is welcome for a small nightly fee.



    This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Short summer stay

Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is very conveniently located right near the beach, the Sanctuary, and Night Heron Park. Bed was very comfortable and the large screened in porch was nice. The unit had a dampness to it that would probably be solved with a dehumidifier. Bathroom could use a refresh. Kitchen was well stocked with complimentary trash bags, sponge, dish soap, paper towels, and laundry tabs. Enjoyed our time in Kiawah and will be back!

Needed dog friendly stay for wedding weekend

Comfortable bed, and good location a few minutes walk from beach. Pictures are deceiving though. Very tight spaces, especially bathroom, and 2 lanterns randomly hanging in living area that my husband kept hitting his head on. The screened porch needs a power wash, and over all a tired unit, but worked fine for our needs and not expensive off season.

We rented for a week and left a day early. The description of property is obviously outdated as appliances are old and dingy( stove all stained, dishwasher rusted on base). Carpets were dirty and stained. During our stay the main living room tv did not have audio that worked. We would get it to work for about 1/2 and then it would go out again. Despite reaching out to VRBO it was never resolved. The entry door locked ceased to function on Thursday evening after we went out to pick up dinner. This resulted in us standing outside rental with our dinner waiting for representative to get us code for keyed entry. We have rented many times from VRBO and have had good experience until now. Our vacation time is precious and we have lost trust in VRBO. Despite contacting multiple times the average response time was several hours. Fortunately their response was quicker when we were locked out due to nonfunctioning code lock. Overall a terrible experience.
