This home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by preserved sanctuary and long marsh views. A reflecting pond draws a wide variety wildlife for viewing from the great room window wall. Listen to the tidal surf from a front porch rocking chair, or relax on the massive screened porches. Convenient bike path and beach access is located at end end of the street, with beach access crossing the beautiful back nine of the Ocean Course. Walk down the beach to the extraordinary Ocean Course clubhouse and enjoy all of what this ultra-private end of Kiawah has to offer.

    Six bedrooms allow for larger groups, with both tucked away private spaces and large gathering spaces. An attached guest cottage provides extra privacy and the convenience of a full separate kitchen. Read a book in the mahogany paneled library, or play a game of pool in the billiard room. 90 Otter Island has what you need to make a special Kiawah memory.

    90 Otter Island Road is an exquisitely designed residence located on a quiet cul-de-sac and island curve of Bass Creek within one of Kiawah's most private enclaves. Panoramic views of the ever-changing marsh can be viewed from nearly every room. Bass Creek leads directly to the Stono River, and to the Atlantic Ocean beyond. It also enjoys close proximity to both Kiawah's private beach and the famed Ocean Course.

    The home's cedar shingle exteriors, gracious porches, and a soaring tower, is complemented by a unique floor plan featuring large living spaces. The residence offers over 6,000 heated square feet and over 1,700 square feet of porches and decks.

    As you enter through the arched entryway, you are drawn to the expansive front porch connecting the main house to the guest quarters. The main living areas are graced with rich hardwood flooring and 10' ceilings.

    A spacious formal dining room features coffered ceilings and access to one of the 5 screened porches. The gourmet kitchen with a five-burner cooktop, a large island, a SubZero® refrigerator, ample granite countertop space, and custom cabinetry is adjacent to the generous family room featuring two separate seating areas for watching the large TV or taking in the spectacular views.

    These indoor gathering spaces flow seamlessly into each other and onto a magnificent screened porch that runs the length of the main home. This area features a serving bar to complement the outdoor gas grill and adjacent outdoor dining area. Two separate large seating areas, one featuring an outdoor television, provide additional screened outdoor gathering space. A cocktail pool with bench seating and marsh view completes the space, allowing for bathers to enjoy a dip without disruption from pesky insects. The pool can be heated for an additional $125 per day (4 day min required).

    The circular library is enhanced with wall-to-wall windows and mahogany bookshelves and paneling.

    The first floor master suite features his and her vanities, and a large walk-in closet.

    The second floor boasts a master suite with his-and-her bathrooms, two guest suites with access to a screened porch, and a game room.

    The top floor boasts another open concept master suite with a full bath and seating area. Another screened porch and an outdoor balcony make this top floor suite a unique spot.

    No smoking, no pets, and no events will be permitted, no exceptions. There is space for one car in the garage, the other two garages are owner storage.

    When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

    As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Great home for large family vacation. We had 9 people and everyone was comfortable in their own space. Nicely decorated with all the essentials you need. The walk to the beach was farther than expected. Very clean and well cared for property.

Beautiful location with spectacular views. Very spacious house with all the rooms and bathrooms that we needed for 10 people. The guest info book did not explain the house. Has a heated pool but the heater is locked off. Has a whole house stereo system but the stereo is locked off. Has a safe but closed so you can't use it. Has three garages but you can use one. The home has a worn appearance. The keys in the lockbox were not labeled and there were 5 of them. We enjoy our time. Would have loved to be able to play some music. Enjoyed the well appointed kitchen.
