A lovely quiet property close walk to the beach and great view :-) Frank was very responsive and we loved the simplicity and ease for a relaxing family time away. Thank you for sharing your special part of the coast with us ! :-)
The ocean view makes/ breakfast, lunch and dinner /every times special.
Checking in and out were easy and I was able to simply enjoy table tennis. I was satisfied because the bathroom was very comfortable and new. The backyard is connected to the beach, so accessibility is very good.
Kiama is our go to place, it’s been a family favorite for many years. This home is comfortable, very well equipped and spacious. Best location with awesome views of the cliffs, ocean and beach.
The games room was very handy for the kids and grandpa as he played many table tennis competitions.
All round we had a great time.

This property was perfect for a long weekend away, with spectacular views right from the spacious balcony. We loved eating breakfast out there each morning watching whales in the ocean. Could spend hours just watching the view. Plus a beach that had perfect calm conditions for younger kids 5 minutes walk from the back door, and also walking distance to cafes and the little blow hole. I was in love with the million dollar views and location, but the house itself was also perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids.
Easy checking in process- Amenities were okay, had everything we needed, bur the cleanliness could be improve. Acess to the beach was close but be prepared for the steep walk back-
Great location and views with direct beach access via a short walk. Comfortable accommodation with a short drive to Kiama town centre. Very Happy overall.

Breathtaking view and access to the beach . Very cosy and intimate and great balcony for afternoon beers .
The house is perfect for 2 families - it has everything you need for the comfortable stay. The view is amazing and we could have just spent all day sitting on the balcony. Close walk to the beach and local cafe. Frank was a pleasure to deal with and ensured we had everything we required. Would highly recommend
A lovely property with views across Kendall's beach. Three bedrooms all off main living area. A great entertaining deck. Five minute drive to main shops of Kiama.

Location of the property is excellent. Great view of Kiama landscape and beach. Property has a nice deck, living area and good sized roooms. Beach is not too far as well. Table Tennis table shown in the pictures though doesnt has undulation so dont expect too much. The other area where the property needs improvement are door locks and latches. It took us a while to get the precise alignment for locking and unlocking doors. Overall the experince was good and the property manager, Frank was quite responsive.
When it’s Thursday night - this is the perfect place to celebrate the weekend! Great views, great balcony to party with friends. Lots of handy features like the conveniently located downstairs side table. Short stroll to the beach and short drive to NSW’s premier racecourse outside of the Sydney-CBD. The perfect place to nourish your weekend.
The premise was clean and tidy. It had sufficient cups, bowls and cutlery. Pillow and blankets were folded nicely and easy to find. Would be better if pillowcases and bedsheets were provided instead of having us prepare them. Also, there are no internal access to the ground floor game room and washing machine. This is somewhat vital when it's pouring outside. Further, the strong winds at night make one contemplate whether the metal walls and roof are strong enough to hold together.
Customer service is at its best. Contact with Frank has been swift, which made our stay very warm and welcoming.
