This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse accommodates up to 10 guests, featuring one king bed, one queen bed, and both twin and double bunk beds. Enjoy stunning mountain views from the large deck, and take advantage of the kitchen with granite countertops and private laundry facilities. Ideally located near River Run Village, you're just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local events, with easy access to the high-speed gondola. Guests can also enjoy Red Hawk Lodge's shared amenities, including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.
The entryway includes two sets of mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience. Upstairs, the main living area boasts a mounted flat-screen TV and a beautiful gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings on the large sectional sofa. The deck is accessible from this area.
The full-sized kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and tableware, complemented by black appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of three full bathrooms is conveniently located off the living area, featuring a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries, and a private washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent, are available on this level.
The primary bedroom is on the top level, featuring a king-sized bed with Ivory White bedding and a mounted flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom includes double sinks, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet area for added privacy.
On the main level, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The second primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with Ivory White bedding and direct access to the private deck. Its en suite bathroom includes double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with a twin-sized bunk bed and a double-sized bunk bed, both on the Ivory White bedding program.
**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.
*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
