"We were there during the off season so the cost of renting the condo was extremely reasonable! The condo was beautiful! It was clean, well organized, and wonderfully located on the lake. We took 2 13-year old girls and they absolutely loved the loft!"

"We returned to kindred 3 weeks after our first one night stay, wanting to explore more of the amenities since our first stay was brief, but wonderful. They didn’t disappoint. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful - they even remembered us from our previous stay. The lobby is the most well thought out and utilized lobby I’ve seen. We had a snag the first morning of our stay, waking up to the room 80 degrees- when we determined it wasn’t user error we went to the front desk, told them the issue, maintenance was troubleshooting in our room (they had asked our permission) before we got back to it, and promptly moved our room when it was determined the issue was going to take some time. The outdoor space including the pool and hot tub is wonderful to relax and take in the view, even with the construction down the way for the heated walkway. We ate breakfast at Lula’s all but one day of our stay, delicious. We got drinks at The Goodz Tavern, the old fashioned is amazing- and delicious sushi at Kinji Sushi- reservations recommended. Otherwise, we spent our days exploring the river run village and had plenty of options - all were delicious. We spent quite a bit of time at Kindred spirit, the bar within the lobby- our drinks were delicious and the bar staff is amazing. We look forward to our next stay, hoping to get up there during the winter season, it was extremely hard to leave- but knowing we will be back, hopefully with more family in tow, softened the blow."

"The condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our large family weekend away. Karen (the host) is very responsive when we had questions and was very willing to help us figure out alternatives when we thought the pool would be out of commission. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation."

"I thought this room was a great value for the price and location! We had no complaints. I would suggest that adding room darkening curtains would be an improvement in an already good condo. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub."

"We enjoyed the views, and the back “yard” was so fun for the kids (and adults for short hikes!) The hot tub was great, although the 10PM rule felt a bit restrictive. It was close to Breckenridge and within a short drive to beautiful lake views and necessities like groceries and gas. It met our needs for our shared family vacation."

"What a nice place. They did not have the room available that we booked on expedia so they upgraded our party to two rooms right next to each other! The views were amazing. The breakfast was great. The coffee was even good:) The staff was as nice as could be. It was literally steps away to a fun little bar/restaurant with a pool table and foozball- so the kids had a great time. The beds were comfortable. I have zero complaints and would happily stay there again."
