We encourage boating! Here’s what you need to know for a safe experience:

The dock accommodates boats up to 40 feet long.

There is no power or pump-out service at the slips.

Navigating the Florida Keys can be challenging, so please proceed with caution.

Getting Around:

Travel by car, boat, or plane to Modern Keys. The driveway allows parking for up to four vehicles and a boat trailer. If you didn’t travel by water, you can also launch your boat at one of the public ramps in Key Haven or Stock Island. Rent a golf cart, scooter, or bike for the day to explore the area. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!
