This beachfront condo in Key West offers a much-needed pop of color to your Florida Keys vacation! You'll enjoy views of the ocean from your private balcony, as well as an open floor plan that provides ample space for everyone to relax. This complex features wonderful shared amenities as well, including a large outdoor pool, a hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts where you can practice your backhand.

The Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail sits right outside the building, offering you easy access to Smathers Beach (half a mile east) and Indigenous Park (half a mile west). Once at the park, you can spend the day enjoying Higgs Beach, Higgs Beach Pier, and West Martello Tower. You'll also be two miles east of the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and less than three miles south of Mallory Square, where you can shop, dine, or explore museums at your leisure.

Building will be undergoing renovations from 5/5/25-11/4/25.

All guests shall abide by the good neighborpolicy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note that there is a private parking space in the ground level building parking garage.
New bedroom mattresses were added in 2024.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
