OLD TOWN LOCATION...
A beautifully furnished and comfortable home, located just 5 short blocks to Duval Street.  Have bikes delivered and you will rarely need your vehicle to get around the Island if at all! 
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

FURNISHINGS...
Updated furnishings throughout this charming 2 bedroom home.  The living room features vaulted ceilings and has several French doors which open to the deck and pool.  The kitchen is located off the living room and is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs.  There are ceiling fans and flat screen TVs located in each bedroom as well as closets to store all your belongings.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is outfitted with a comfortable king size bed and full tiled bathroom en suite.  The guest bedroom in on the first floor and has two twin beds which can be conveniently converted to a king to meet your needs.  There is also a full bath located next to the guest bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed located in the living room for additional guest sleeping.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Open the rear French doors and step out to a private small heated pool where you can cool off.  The deck is equipped with two loungers and a small table for two.  

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates, and is 3 blocks away.

One dog is considered at this home. A pet fee is required.

The property was just as described. Very clean, beautiful home. The heated pool was nice at the end of the day. We were further from Duvall than I had hoped but, still walkable.

Great find

This is our second time staying here and the place is still great. Perfect location, close enough to walk but far enough that it’s very quiet. We will be back in Key West and likely make this our home base destination once again. Thanks for a great time!

Great location and property

We had a great visit. The property was in a location of Key West that was walking distance to all the landmarks but also far enough away to be out of the main tourist traffic. The house was comfortable and clean and the back deck and pool were a great place to relax between activities.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay in key west! Very walkable for us (family w 2 toddlers) and so much to do/see close to downtown. Quiet and peaceful off the Main Street, besides the local early bird roosters :) Look forward to returning!

Key West Getaway

The location was perfect, far enough from the bar scene and close enough to the docks for nice morning walks. The bakery around the corner was fabulous and the area was very quiet and inviting. The pool was the perfect size to relax after a day riding bikes through key west.

Sunshine + pure vaca Joy!

Beautiful, charming home in a lovely, historic neighborhood. The neighbors were so friendly & kind to us. The house had everything we needed, and the outdoor shower was such a bonus… we absolutely loved it!

Delightful Cottage

Great for a girls' trip! Well appointed and comfortable with bathrooms on each floor. Convenient to all the sights, yet situated in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. The only complaint is either the floors were very dirty or they may have been recently stained. We all had dirty feet or socks after walking on them.

Perfect Key West Stay!

Had a great time at Conch Heaven! It was super easy to check in and out and communicate any and all questions with the host, the concierge service was very helpful and prompt with responses. Perfect location for us, we rented bikes and it was close enough to everything touristy we wanted to do but far enough away at night so it was quiet. The house had all of the supplies we needed to cook and tidy/clean for a four night stay. The dip pool was perfect for a group of close friends after long days of activities. Definitely would recommend / stay again.

Beautifully appointed, comfortable stay

Convenient location to walk in old town, and to bike (rental) also. Kitchen had everything, plus extras, new dish sponge, dish towels, etc Great guidance on laminated sheet (two sides). Shades kept apartment cool, and light from patio and pool was sufficient.

Great family time

The property looks like the pictures . It is very cozy . It is located in a very quiet neighborhood , about 20 min walking from the center. It does not have a designated parking spot but parking around the house is not a problem. Check in and communication with the property manager is very easy . I read I’m another review that the pool was not warm enough but in our case since we arrived the pool was perfectly warm

Wonderful Home

Pictures and description are 100% accurate, this is a fantastic find! We were two families traveling with toddlers, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Cocktail pool is perfect for littles during the day, and adult lounging at night. House is on a quiet street within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the water. 11/10!

The Best of Key West

Very charming place with everything you need! Communication was outstanding, extremely clean and the furniture was all very nice. Older review about the furniture being stained is no longer valid. We would stay again. The only improvement I would recommend is the mattresses. That’s being extremely picky.

Perfect Cottage

There was enough room for our party of six. We had an excellent time and everything was in walking distance. Great restaurants, sunset, and on street parking wasn’t too bad. We parked the car and forgot about it. We walked everywhere. The only thing we had a great laugh about was the pool. It is small but our teens enjoy hanging out in the pool.
