This townhouse has two private outdoor areas: a deck with outdoor dining for four under a large umbrella and a bistro set for a morning coffee, as well as a side garden with chaise lounges and another outdoor dining table by your own charcoal grill. Whether you are having an intimate cookout of today's fresh catch or a mimosa toast before a day exploring Duval, you'll have plenty of options outside to enjoy.

The living and dining areas are bright and airy with coastal décor and high-end furnishings. Keep the French doors open to enjoy the island breezes even from inside. There is a half bathroom on the main floor for convenience.

Within Truman Annex, the Mills Place complex is famous for its history as a former United States Marine Hospital. The units in the Mills Place complex share a large pool that gets plenty of sunlight all day, and is surrounded by comfortable padded chaise lounge chairs. This townhouse is located just down a small path from the pool and includes pool towels to bring with you to enjoy a swim.
