Property was clean! We had a wonderful stay, everything you need for a day at the beach and more. Host very responsive and friendly! Great family vacation!!
Great stay! Family enjoyed our time at the campground. RV was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great time boating, snorkeling, shopping and eating.
The location of the RV, both in the town and within the property was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and had a spacious covered patio with plenty of places to hang out and enjoy the weather. The host was friendly, had great communication with quick responses, and made sure we were happy. It's perfect for a family trip to Key Largo.
Property exactly how the listing shows. Easy communication with property owner, very responsive. Very clean, has everything you need in kitchen for cooking. Property has cooler, grill, bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, beach towels, chairs. Campground is well maintained and has pool, playground, boat ramp, food truck, etc. Great location within Key Largo.
The property was very clean! It is in an RV park so neighbors are very very close. Lots for kids to do with kayaks, basketball court, and pool. The property does not have a hot tub, but does have a pool. Very safe neighborhood. The host was very nice and communicative. Everything you need for cooking and beach!
We had a great time in Key Largo! The property was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 7 and 9). We especially liked kayaking in the canals; we saw birds, iguanas, a crocodile, and a manatee. The kids also really enjoyed the pool and playground. The location was great to explore the area as well. Our trip was affected by travel delays, and we appreciated the host checking in on us.
Location was great. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Great low/slow traffic area for leisurely walk abouts. Enjoyed watching manatees from dock area. Spent most of our time on outdoor patio area. Trailer was clean as a whistle with all the amenities. Beds left a bit to be desired but that was the only down side.
Our family had a great time at the property! It was as described and the owner was quick to communicate and answer any questions. We especially enjoyed having the kayaks available and loved seeing the manatees! Having the second bedroom was key for us to have a place for the kiddo to sleep. We’ll definitely be back!
Our family stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The RV was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. While we were there we saw manatees almost every walk down to the dock (which were many). Appreciated having the lighted basketball court to play with my teenage son. Beautiful sunsets. Overall a great experience!
The RV is a lovely getaway from the heat. Niurka does a tremendous job keeping it COLD, which in 103F temperatures was an absolute pleasure. We stayed with four kids (which was a bit much) but 2 adults and 2 kids would have an absolutely great stay. And the pool, as well as the playground just across the street, are just perfect ways to keep the kids busy for hours on end.
Not only is the host incredibly kind and communicative, this property has everything you need. I stayed for 5 nights with my wife, and we used her kayaks, grill, bikes, beach gear etc. The property is well maintained and you almost don't have to bring anything. I will be coming back as a regular. Thank you so much!
Accurate description and a clean and comfy rental. We loved that the location had everything we needed except food. It was so nice to use their beach stuff as it would have been way too much to pack and fly with. I really enjoyed all of the outdoor cooking options. We’re from Louisiana and the few times we ate out we were not impressed. So having the ability to cook ourselves was a blessing! I highly recommend renting this location and probably anything from this host, they were awesome!
Check in was the easiest Iv ever experienced, the place was clean and literally has everything you need for a beach vacation, I mean EVERYTHING! So that made it easy. The host is very nice and attentive. She want out of her way to fix any issue or concerns brought to her attention.Even though there is a language barrier she does her best to communicate and even made recommendations of things to do with the family. Check out was just as easy. I would book here again.
The host has done a wonderful job making sure that the Rv is clean, and ready for visitors. She immediately responds and checks in, gives great recommendations for local things to do. The community is safe, a bit strict but overall good. We’ve never stayed in an Rv before so it was definitely a fun experience to share with our children. She has added a lot of personal touches to make it feel like home. We utilized the kayaks and paddle boat as well as the bikes. We played games in the evenings on the patio with games she provides. My children of course loved the pool and made friends with other guests on the campground. Thank you for the memories.
The location was good and close to stores. We had some issues with the rental as none of the bikes provided were operational as all had flat tires or broken pedals. All of the fishing rods were broken or out of line. The outdoor kitchen while it looked good had an awful odor. The hot water was none existent only baby water warm. The shower floor was not solid and was bowing when you stepped on it in the wrong places. While the place was clean, we did discover small bugs in master bed room and a big roach in the kitchen. While beyond the control of property owner, the neighboring RV in lot 55 had their music blasting until midnight even with the posted quiet hours from 11pm on. The bedding was clean but whatever laundry detergent used made us feel super itchy, once again might be beyond the property owners control that we all were itchy due to the laundry detergent used but we never had this issue before.
We had a very nice stay. The amenities were great for our family. Loved the kayaks. Niurka is super sweet and very helpful. We did have to use a translator app but, it worked out just fine. I only have 2 small issues to mention. There were not any wash clothes in the bathroom or kitchen. And it would have been super helpful to have a way to dry towels and clothes. We spent 2.50 a load just to dry towels and clothes after they got wet not including washing full loads. Hanging them up in the Florida humidity does not dry them. Other than that we really enjoyed our time and would come back. To stat again.

Adjustment
We for some reason had not picked up on the fact that this was an RV. We felt very constricted in space, We are not camper so having the kitchen in a separate building was a big disappointment. The fact that the stove was not hooked up was also a let down. The outdoor kitchen was very well equipped but I prefer to cook where I am going to eat. There is only one plug in the kitchen so preparing a meal was very lengthy. The park is very friendly and we did enjoy our walks and the pool area. We did adjust to the RV but it is not our ideal vacation. We had some concerns about the floor stability. There are some spots that are soft especially as you exit the bathroom and it the end of the bed. For people that like camping, they surely would have enjoyed you place much more than we did. It is ideal for outdoors people.
Me, my husband, & two children (ages 10 & 13). RV was better than pictured. Came fully equipped with everything we needed- kayaks were most important for us and the reason why we booked the property! Fishing gear was a bonus!
Day one: Left the campground at 4:30a to catch the ferry to Dry Tortugas National Park; booked months in advance, VERY worth the price. Outstanding destination with lunch and snorkeling included on the Yankee Freedom.
Day two: Stayed in the campground, enjoyed the pool, did a load of laundry, went paddling (several kayaks included with property, maybe five or so? including a double!). We are avid paddlers back home, even brought our own inflatable SUPs just in case, but the kayaks provided were perfectly sea-worthy. We did prefer our own life jackets that we brought. We also went fishing that evening with the gear provided by the RV. Perfect day!
Day three: Brought the kayaks to Biscayne National Park. Park was a disappointment. If we did it again, we would pay for a snorkeling excursion instead. Went to John Pennekamp State Park on the way back (VERY close to the campground) and had a much better paddling experience. Ate dinner at the Fish House- highly recommend!
Day four: Everglades National Park was lovely; we just chose some self-guided hikes and saw LOTS of wildlife. Robert Is Here produce stand is a must visit!
Thanks!
