Inside, guests find a terrific mix of comfort with and a king bed and walk in closet in the master bedroom and 2 full beds in the guest bedroom. Two bathrooms offer convenience, each featuring a refreshing shower and a hair dryer. The space stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. A fully equipped kitchen including a wine cooler, complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer & dryer and dedicated parking under the unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This gorgeous townhome invites guests to relax and enjoy every moment of their getaway.

    The Landings of Largo is an exclusive, well-maintained gated community offering a wealth of amenities including two outdoor swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis & pickleball courts, marina, a picturesque sunset pier, and a fitness room. Minimum 28 day rental. Host will reach out 3 week prior to stay to request $1,000 refundable deposit. As well to register the renter with HOA.
