- Bring the whole family and have room to spare! Over 2300 square feet await you in this corner townhouse with a thoughtful layout and an easy flow.
Enter into a comfortable open living area with a flat screen TV, a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, and a dinette that seats 4. Also on this level, there are two bedrooms, a full bath, plus a 1/2-bath. One of two laundry centers is located on this level.
An interior flight of stairs takes you to the main living floor with an open concept of living, dining, and kitchen. The sleek black and white decor lends a cool and modern vibe accented with vibrant, colorful artwork.
The master bedroom on this level has a king-size bed and a spacious master ensuite with a corner spa tub and a separate shower.
The guest bedroom on this level offers a queen-size bed, and a shared guest bath is just a step outside the bedroom door.
A second laundry center is located on this floor as well.
