"Cruise ships blocked the view everyday "

"Pool View could see ocean from room through trees. Good property, but elevator was broken. Maid service mediocre, they seemed to do their job with a grudge. Food expensive but mediocre in quality. Fortunately many great restaurants very near by. Walk down the beach to the left about 50 yards and you are at Louies Backyard, one of the best on Key West."

"We were celebrating my husband’s 80th birthday. The property failed to notify us that their elevators had not been working for over a month. They would not move us and so using canes my husband, our friends, and I were limited to how many times we could climb to the 4th floor room. We have email, text, and phones so there is no excuse for this to have happened to us."

"Total grounds were beautiful. Some of the staff was a bit cranky. Issues getting a bike when tons on site. Pushy time share saleswoman. I would return. Rooms are beautiful!!! "
