Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 7):
- Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Twin Day Bed (Sleeps 3)
- Common Area: Full-Sized Sofa Bed (Sleeps 2)

Bathrooms include shampoo, body wash, towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.
- Bathroom 1: Shower only
- Bathroom 2: Bathtub only

Kitchen and Dining:
The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and oven, plus utensils, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and a coffee maker. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea each morning.

A variety of indoor and outdoor activities promise endless fun for you and your loved ones. The property sits a minute`s walk from Catskill State Park, with Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Lake a short drive away.

Additional Notes:
- Window air conditioning is available in summer months only.
- The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather dependent, and closed in winter.
- Some firewood is provided for the fireplace.
- A 4WD vehicle is recommended in winter.
- Please respect local wildlife; no hunting is allowed.
- The primary guest must be 21 or older.
- Pets welcome (up to 2). Add them to your reservation and keep them off beds and furniture. Please pick up after your pets.
- Park anywhere in the designated driveway.
- No camping or tents.
- For your safety, stay within the property line (yellow flags; map inside).
- Tuesday-night guests: if able and willing, please roll the trash can to the end of the driveway.
- Staff may service the pool or yard during your stay, with notice when we can. We never enter without permission.
- If anything breaks, please tell us right away so we can fix it for the next guest.
