I could not recommend this hotel enough. From the very first greeting the staff were exceptionally friendly and super helpful even though there was a little bit of a language barrier. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean. The breakfast was also great and wouldn’t hesitate it get it again. The food was delicious A big shout out to the hotel manager for going above and beyond for us as there was a typhoon coming towards the island and he helped us find transportation off the island....

Very rustic and in original condition, but it’s clean and does the job, the pick up and drop off and location is just perfect.

Great hotel and staff. The cocktail selection could be a little better, but apart from that everything else was excellent.

Enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Great location, easily accessible to the Monorail and Kokusai-dori street.

Service and room were great but also it was very nice to have a large waiting area with complementary drink and snacks

Clean room, friendly staff, exvellent view, shops nearby in the terrace. But quite far from main town, need a car, parking is free.

Very convenient location. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. The laundry facilities are great.

Excellent. Close to everything

We stayed at the Naha Terrace in January this year, just after the New Year rush had finished. The facilities and service were excellent in every way...good old fashioned 5 star service from entering the hotel, through to reception, Butler service and every staff member we encountered. The pool was lovely, though as with most outdoor pools in Okinawa, closed during our stay. (I was dying for a swim in Okinawa-as though cold for them, it was not dissimilar weather to what we were having at home...
