"The room and the house were clean, the view and the community were lovely, but this was setup like a HOSTEL situation and not a standard BNB.There are 9 rooms, all labeled and all with different guests and a variety of shared amenities. It was a warm day and the rooms are not climate controlled. Although the house did have central Heat and AC, it seemed to be turned off around 10:30/11PM at night and made for a very warm and uncomfortable sleeping environment. At around 1AM I resorted to...

"The biggest sell for this property is the location. It’s walking distance to many restaurants, Pike Place Market, and the library. The on-site restaurant and cafe are a plus. The microwave in the lounge looked like it had not been cleaned in months. I also had a drainage problem with my bath sink."
