"Easy, informative check-in. Warm cookies. Friendly & helpful staff at front desk. For those coming to Akron for Stan Hywet, Doubletree Fairlawn makes perfect sense as it is close. I came for an event downtown but was happy to stay in Fairlawn and used Lyft downtown and back down Market Street. Will stay here again next time I'm in town."

"Drury Inns stand for ultimate traveler comfort, from their daily breakfast and dinner buffet, to complimentary drinks and snacks, to room cleanliness and size. I also love their snack and toiletry shop. The staff is always quick to respond and help. I've not used the pool but have walked by the facility and it looks spacious and clean. This brand is my go-to for all my travel. You can expect the same experience at every location."

"Hotel was good. Good location. My only feedback is that we booked a 2 queen bed room and when we checked in, they said they were sold out and could not give us a king. They said since we booked through a third party, the room type was not guaranteed (we booked through hotels.com). The room was smaller and they gave us an air mattress for our daughter. Disappointing but they tried to accommodate."

"This is an historic property. I was here a few years ago and it was a bit sad. But new management came in and updated the property. I only had a little trouble working the bath faucet, otherwise everything was perfect."
