The lady at the front was great! She even remembered me calling earlier in the day was able to put rooms side by side for our group. Comfortable beds and beautiful lobby. I have not had the breakfast yet so I won’t comment on that.

Great staff very friendly. Room was very comfortable however the furniture in the sitting room needs updated and it would have been nice to have plug in ports for our cell phones and iPads. I loved the shampoo and boy lotion and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean. The staff checked in to make sure we were comfortable. The text feature was a nice touch.Front desk staff nade me uncomfortable at times when i wanted to charge things to my room. Staff asked for my room number and last name in prescenc3 of other guests. That felt unsafe for me as woman.

Initially our reservation was canceled upon arrival by the hotel, I booked through a 3rd party and they were able to help by being able to rebook without a fee but it cost me money I wasnt expecting to have to pay seeing it was already paid for in advance. The pool nor gym wasnt available I'm guessing because it was New Year Eve, needless to say that was 2 of the reasons I booked here to be able to use the pool and gym. The hotel was nothing that I expected from a embassy I always stay at these hotels but this location was by far the worse, I will never come again

Breakfast was great, the lady making the omelettes and sandwiches egg, bacon avocado was awesome and should be rewarded for her hard work customizing each order with patience and excellence. Truly old school and awesome. All other breakfast attendees were great as well, always on the move and vigilant. Great team.

Nice and friendly staff at the front desk. Hardworking housekeeping staff keep this place clean and organized. The hotel looks very deteriorated needs remodeling. The phone in the bedroom didn’t work. Only one elevator was in service. My room was on the 4th floor and I heard the noise from the bar.

My shower only provided cold water - the tub base was dirty and the iron in the closet did not work. Your staff was superior in terms of friendliness and professionalism and that's what saved them but not sure I will be back to that hotel.
