"Very nice, clean hotel. Beds were very comfortable and room was sufficiently equipped. Easy check-in and check-out. We were a little disappointed that the pool was shut down for maintenance. That was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"The Spark by Hilton is not your first class Hilton or Hampton but more like an outlet version. You get what you pay for a basic room and a breakfast of cereal, bagels, muffins, etc. The breakfast area is very small. You can purchase breakfast sandwiches to microwave. The staff were all very friendly especially the lady at the night registration. The lobby and the hallways are well lighted. Overall, the hotel was clean and properly maintained. There is a small fitness room. Parking is adequate. Location is good for accessing the interstate. About 20-30 minutes from Cleveland Clinic."

"There were two issues that fall under the responsibility of the staff and management - 1 - I had to schedule a mid-week room cleaning 2 times before it was accomplished. 2 - The closet door frame was broken when we checked in and was very hard to use. Because a door was installed there wasn't enough room in the closet to hang clothing because the closet was not deep enough. All other categories of service and the room were excellent."
