LEMON DROP LAKE FRONT COTTAGE

Fully remodeled in 2023 LemonDrop Cottage is a Lake-Front property, with direct access to Lake Erie. Lake viewable from Kitchen or Bedroom windows. Mar-2023 all New Windows, Bathroom doubled (2x) in size, new 12K AC. 2021-Hickory hardwood floors,, shower, hot water heater, oven, kitchen table/chairs, king size mattress, sofa-bed, BBQ grill (propane provided), and fire pit with wood provided. Built in 1949 as a fishing cottage, adorable Lake-Front Cabin with private stairwell down to the water.
The space
Lemon Drop Cottage is the perfect couples getaway, quiet & romantic, sitting on 1.6 acres, water is 400ft+ from the road. Private and adorably decorated, The cottage is stocked like a tiny house, with all new amenities and is cleaned thoroughly after each and every guest. Perfect for getaway for a week or weekend, with window views directly of Lake Erie and full access to the water.

The cabin has its own Patio compete with tables and chairs, a BBQ Grill and fire pit with wood included. It's located on 1.6 acres, half of which guest have full access to, including over 200ft of Lake Erie lakefront, a concrete stairwell down to the water and chairs for taking in the water and passing the time on a picturesque escape to the Lake.
