"It was terrified and unsafe i would like a refund"

"Staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions. I was not informed of the shuttle service upon check in I had to inquire about it. There should be an info sheet about shuttle provided upon check in or left in the room.It is a very useful service that I knew about from online reviews but it wasn't made clear how it worked until I asked for information. Room was updated and nice enough. There was a prom in the courtyard that my room overlooked and unfortunately the windows are not well insulated for noise. The teens weren't too loud for too long at least but it was a little shocking how clearly I could hear them and the music. Went to the hotel bar for dinner one night and was not impressed one bit with the food. Mac and cheese tasted like a bechamel with no cheese, Caesar salad had tomatoes in it which is not traditional nor listed on the menu waste of tomatoes indeed. Bartender was friendly and service was quick so I didn't complain was too tired to deal with it."

"Clean with easy access- loher floors can pick up noise from the bar if there’s a rowdy crew otherwise great place to stay- very consistent over many years!"

"I was definitely discriminated against im black but my friend is white received a totally different room hers was clean and modern up-to-date my room was disgusting broken doors dusty roaches stinky odor in bathroom baseboards not cleaned since 1892. I was placed in a smoking room handicapped while I was in nursing scrubs i had expedia she did not even though I specifically asked for the opposite no smoking and was almost turned away until I threatened to call Expedia. It seems as though they will take the reservation through 3rd party but they really don't want to honor it, and if they do, they will give you the ugliest nasty room possible because you did not pay full price or black in my case my wallet went me missing from the room mysteriously.They claimed they had no tapes to show when I threatened to call the cops and when I left low and behold my card was locked but declined for 90 it was them trying to run my debit card for one more night after checkout strange but true I will never return i am in dispute with my bank after taking pics/videos of poor unsanitary conditions just pay the extra money and go somewhere else to be safe and rest in comfort , cleanliness and peace treated fairly this was a nightmare read the scrappy bs reviews they on Google not just expedia"

"The doors to the rooms had a closing mechanism that would slam the door and made such a lout noise. You could hear and feel every door that shut to rooms that were around you. This made it difficult to sleep."

"The only issue we had was that the can light just inside the door did not work. Our trip was a highly emotional personal situation and we honestly came and went without reporting it. As I checked out it came to mind, only regret was not thinking to report it sooner."
