Very quiet location, rooms were very clean except sink had a smell and scribbles on the wall from a kid I assume. Cleaning staff was alway very pleasant. Laundry room wasn't great smelled like pee.

There was Absolute 💯 % ,N O COMPLAINTS!!! With STUDIO 6 NORTHLAKE ROOMS!!! Ms.Menisha and Ms.Nisha were extremely kind,patient ,caring to my needs from the time ,I arrived to the time I left! I come here all the time, sometimes just to relax,its extremely quiet! And peaceful!

The best thing about this property is the staff. They are always friendly and understanding. The property is very quiet and secure. This is a good property for temporary living and just stopping in town.

The owners Menasha and Ninesha Patel are two of the most extraordinary people that you would rarely meet,.they are polite ,patient, work with you in tedious situations that may occur concerning travel plans! The rooms are really clean! Sanitized! OUIET!!! ,NO STRAGGLERS, STREET DEALING! ,Very sophisticated living! People are out walking there dogs,NO LOUD MUSIC! it was a very big parking lot and very big hotel and they allowed dogs and the staff was good but the rooms were nasty the people were loud and inconsiderate and it was kind of a dangerous area

People was arguing, It was trash all around the facility, The stove did not work, The refrigerator would not close, The sheets was dirty... The staff was pretty friendly.I did love that part... I did not see any bugs, It's a good place to stay if you are not scared to be in the hood, It wasn't too bad.I just wish they would improve on the cleaning and the. Utilities.

We had a 3 night stay, but when we got there. Conditions of the room was very poor broken tv cabinets falling apart and bugs in bathroom we could not stay there. the hotel staff very understanding and gave us our money back but if the rest of the rooms were like the one we were put in, it should be shutdown and brought up to code.

First impression means nothing to this place . The residents are sketchy the staff are rude, and just want your money. I tried to check in around noon, I seen clean rooms with the curtain pulled back. I've worked in hospitality, which is how I knew. We were sent to a waiting area which is outside in the scorching heat we were trying to recooperate from, despite my room already been paid. On top of that I waited an additional 30 mins to check in by now it was going on 4. Later in to the check in I was charged a surprise deposit of 27 dollars and I wanted to add another guest they told me that's an additional 12 dollars on top of the 64.00 already paid and a deposit. I felt like they robbed me blind but was grateful to have a room . As far as recommending hotels, it's clean comfortable and somewhat affordable if u add nothing to your reservation. They just need better staff. They were unprofessional. And making a paying guest wait on you then jack the price up at check in is unacceptable. I was angry they took all my money for no reason. I want to think because I'm American and a woman. But is what it is. Don't arrive early , they will make you wait till after 3. Also they are money hungry. I may never come back. ... Well I will but the whole staff would have to be removed. Terrible customer service . They do as they want. Sigh.....not happy I spent 95 dollars and intended on a cheaper stay without the extra. They'll get one star for now.

This property is ok. The staff is friendly but there is always some type of hidden policies. The room does not come equipped with dishes to accommodate a long term stay and they charge for housekeeping. They don't price match the website and they don't allow you to make other reservations to save money. if you rebook through any website, you must fully check out of your room and then check back in at 3pm. The dryers do not work well so I often have to pay twice to make sure my clothes are dry, and they do random room inspections without written notice or posted policy. The staff is nice, and they are always willing to answer any questions. I do like the fact that they are not argumentative and don't get mad when you have questions or don't agree with their made up policies. It's what works for now.
