". Cool room nice stay "

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. We were very comfortable!"

"I still have not received a receipt for my stay which I need for my business records. I was told by a chat “helper” that I would get one but no luck. Very disappointed!"

"The train tracks being so close is very unfortunate. Not something you might expect to be included in the listing as I'm sure it would immediately be a negative for many potential visitors, but it was an unhappy surprise. The house is lovely, but there are too many knick-knacks on the counters and furniture for my taste. I would have liked having more space to work in the kitchen and put my things in the master bedroom. Otherwise, all of the amenities were very nice. No dishwasher, so keep that in mind if you don't like washing dishes and you plan to cook meals. "

"This property is under major renovation with the elevator and work out room are unavailable. Our room had a major leak under our bathroom sink that flooded the floor and was seeping into the wall under one of the beds. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant. "

"Extremely filty room, rust and brown water came out of the shower every time it was first turned on, carpet sticky and smelly, half of the lights and the electrical outlets were not working or missing bulbs, air conditioner extremely noisy and did not cool room, all surfaces grimy and dirty. Missing TV remote and refrigerator was not working. Spiders appeared in the bathroom during the night. Several long term guest sit outside their rooms watching you go in and out of room as though they are scooping out that can be stolen. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT MAY BE ADVERTISED."
