"Nowhere was there any mention of the hotel being renovated, especially the pool or the restaurant, which were the major reasons for booking this hotel, best western’s website should clearly state what is being worked on and if amenities are shutdown, as we could have stayed elsewhere for less Money for a sub par breakfast and lack of a pool."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The building is getting dated. The tv’s don’t have internet access and the wifi is pretty sad. Kids had difficulty streaming their games and shows.

"I was very disappointed, and I am not picky. Dirty towels. No face cloths. Barely any hot water. Stains of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. No snow maintainance outside of room. Smallest telelvision I’ve ever experienced in a motel room.
Bed was comfy. That was the only plus. Sad since I like supporting small local establishments. "
