"Needed a few days away from the busyness of life, and I’m so glad I chose to spend them here. The different levels and areas to relax were wonderful, each offering its own peaceful spot to unwind.One morning, I got to watch the sunrise from the dock, and the next morning I enjoyed it by a cozy fire. Soaking in the hot tub under the lights was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The enclosed screened porch has a breathtaking view and was the perfect place to escape when the wind picked up.And being able to bring my dog along was an added bonus. This was truly a wonderful place to slow down, recharge, and enjoy some much-needed time away."

"This is the first time we have rented a cabin in this way, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.It’s was easy to find with the help of the owner. The cabin was right on the water with a lovely wooded area surrounding the property The cabins interior was cozy and inviting. Everything was clean and well maintained. We have 2 children, 7 and 9 and they loved it too. We explored the water side and made a fire in the pit. The bed was incredible!!!! One of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. It was an easy and pleasurable experience which we may come back to in the future"

"A lovely rustic cottage with beautiful surroundings on the lake. Loved the porch looking out to the lake, and use of kayaks, the firepit and electric fireplace. Kitchen had everything and beds were comfortable. It’s close to provincial parks and KP Trail"

"We had such a wonderful two-night stay at the farm with our family! The kids especially loved seeing the cows and calves—it was definitely one of the highlights of the trip.Don was an exceptional host—so friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He brought us fresh farm eggs in the morning and even picked up fresh apples for us. Those little touches really made our stay special.The farm was peaceful, quiet, clean, and very well organized. We really enjoyed having the BBQ available and spending relaxed family time in such a beautiful and tranquil setting. It was a great break from the usual busy routine.The only couple of issues we experienced were that the Wi-Fi router wasn’t working during our stay, and the listing mentions three bathrooms, whereas there is actually one 3-piece bathroom.That said, these were minor issues compared with the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality we received from Don. The kids had a fantastic time, and we made some wonderful family memories. We would definitely love to come back!"
