"They left a nice card for us celebrating our anniversary. Had a great time, lovely place. Upon check in, found our room was warm with AC issue. They immediately moved us into a new room and were very accommodating."

"Overall a good stay. Breakfast, snacks, and dinner were good. Clean room, no smell, ac worked great, no noise issues. Food and store options close by amoung it easynto get stuff for the room. "

"It was our first time at the property and my family absolutely LOVED the experience. We had a lot of friends recommend that we summer vacation with JW Marriott HC as opposed to flying to a summer vacation. We were very impressed and our kids had a blast. Activities were great, staff was incredible, convenience factor was awesome, I spoke with Daisy a manager there (I didn't request a manager, I just got lucky that she picked up the phone) and was super sweet and accommodated us incredibly well. The one thing that was a bit surprising was the price of food and beverages. I completely understand that it is a JW Marriott with a partnership, but it was a bit of a surprise to us (Full transparency). BUT we loved our stay, and we will definitely be coming back!"
