"The property was exactly as described in the listing. Loved sitting with a glass of wine on the outside patio after a long drive from Italy. Our children found the bunk beds very comfortable and the sofa bed was fine for my husband and I for one night. A great nights sleep and a hot shower before continuing our journey. The caretaker was a true gentleman and assisted us when we struggled to get the key back in the lockbox on check out. The communication with the owner was excellent. "

Appartement très propre, à 5 minutes de l'arrêt de bus, tous les ustensiles de cuisine étaient présents, les draps étaient propres, aucun problème avec l'appartement, et en plus un balcon très confortable. "Our stay was lovely at hotel Victoria, the reception staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming. Sometimes being a person of colour in Europe can be daunting but the hotel and Basel in general felt safe. Only slight feedback I would have is for cleaning, some used plates , mugs etc were not removed or cleaned and rubbish was not taken from the room ( we have accumulated it in a bag and placed it next to the dustbin as all of it would not fit in the bin). Bed and bathroom was cleaned so that was no problem. "
