Pantai Cenang is the most popular and developed strip in Kelubi, stretching along a lovely white sand beach on the western coast. The main road, Jalan Pantai Cenang, runs parallel to the beach and is lined with hotels, restaurants, and shops. It's an excellent base for exploring the island and offers a good mix of relaxation and things to do.

Couples looking for a relaxing yet engaging holiday will find Pantai Cenang ideal. You can spend your days lounging on the beach, enjoying water sports, or exploring the local craft markets. In the evenings, there are plenty of dining options, from casual beachfront eateries to more upscale restaurants, great for a romantic meal. The Underwater World aquarium is also located here, offering a fun activity for an afternoon.

Families will also appreciate Pantai Cenang for its accessibility and family-friendly amenities. The beach is generally calm, making it suitable for children to play, and many resorts offer swimming pools and organised activities.

The best time to go to Kelubi is generally during the dry season, from December to April, when you can expect warm, sunny days with minimal rainfall.

This period offers the most pleasant weather for outdoor activities, making it ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the region. You'll find it comfortable for visiting the local attractions and enjoying the beaches without the interruption of heavy downpours.

For those who prefer slightly cooler temperatures and fewer crowds, the shoulder months of May and November can also be a good option, though there's a higher chance of occasional rain showers.
