"A great hotel for a stop en route to Scotland. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. We ate in the Bar area. Food was good. We didn’t use the leisure facilities. Only downside for us was there was no electric car charging facilities, but according to reception this may be a future addition."

"Very atmospheric, with amazing thought to detail, spacious rooms with comfortable beds...the spa was very relaxing and wonderfully warm, the only downside waa the steam room was not working at the time... Staff were very welcoming and helpful, I would definitely recommend staying here"

"Parking is in the hotels private car park around the corner and is £14 for 24 hours. Clean rooms, air con was a little noisy. Comfy bed. Hotel is close to all the bars resteraunts and shops so ideally located. Breakfast was nice and hot with a nice view of the Liver building opposite."

"Super hôtel, personnels courtois, bien entretenus et bien situé. Le seul bémol est que l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre. Ils ont installé un ventilateur et j’ai eu droit au déjeuner gratuit. Mais si j’avais eu à choir entre ac ou déjeuner, j’aurais assurément choisi l’air climatisé. Les chambre sont spacieuses. L’endroit est bien sécurisé."
