Liakas Village Apartments is a beautiful resort of 15 apartments in the village of Spartia, southwestern Kefalonia. It is located on the hillside above Cape Liakas close to the village of Spartia. The little village of Spartia is 2.5km away or twenty minute walk, where there are 2 mini markets, tavernas and a beautiful sandy beach a short distance from the village. The south coast resorts of Lourdas and Trapezaki are nearby and worth visiting, while Argostoli is only 11km away.



Each one-bedroom apartment measures approximately 55m2 and occupies an entire floor and sleeps up to four persons. They are spacious and well-furnished, some have double beds, some single beds and there is also a double sofa bed in the living room that can provide bedding for 3rd and 4th person. The seperate bathroom comprises of toilette, shower room and wash hand basin. The apartments on the top floor have balconies and the ground floor apartments have access to the garden/ pool, all complete with patio furniture and mountain, sea & pool views.



Liakas Apartments features a large swimming pool of 7 x 14 metres plus a 65cm deep children's pool. A large terrace with sun beds surrounds the pool. Have breakfast or a snack at the shaded cool pool bar of the resort. Organise and have fun with a game at the resort's tennis court- equipment provided.
