"Checked in later in the evening and there was a lot of people hanging out in the lobby. Also after in our room and being on the road for some time was hoping to get some sleep but there were kids yelling and dogs barking"

"The breakfast was fine. However, the TV system with Rogers Nextbox worked poorly, despite several reboot attempts (couldn't get one TV to work at all). We experienced a similar problem with their TVs at our 1st stay there in Sept 2024 and had left a complaint about it then."

"Everything was Awesome; Great breakfast options, clean room, all day complimentary coffee bar. The 1 and only issue was with the bathroom. There were some black marks on the wall by the toilet. It's easy to notice because of the contrasting colour against the silvery wall. I don't driver so I cant say anything about the parking situation, but upon glancing at the parking lot, it seemed like there was plenty of room. I hear there is also underground parking, but for a fee. The staff was very helpful. This was my fist time at a hotel alone and I was unaware of the concept of a deposit. I exhausted every payment option as I didn't have the money for it because I didn't plan for it. It was at that point the man at the front desk offered me a solution; He sent my mom an email so I could use her card for the deposit. It's only 4*s because of the bathroom situation, but if I could have given 4.5, I would have."
