I booked my one of my last holiday accomodations with this webpage to stay at Watermark Hotel & Spa Jimbaran Bali. Hotel was not what described as on this site. Had so many issues Shower, Toilet partly broken and AC was making a noice with no one could not sleep well. When I complained about this, I was give a new room it was almost like sleeping on the main road with so much noice. I was given a next day breakfast free but I thought I was entitled to which appeared to be missing with my booking finalisation. I was also told that I would get 70 - 90 free credit from this mishap, but it has not happened until to date. Please do not do this to any other customers who are coming to Bali with so much holiday dreams

We would like to assure our valued customers that we are always open to providing further explanations to avoid any possible misunderstandings.First and foremost, we want to address the concerns you raised regarding our bathroom facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the water from the standing shower and the partly broken toilet. Please rest assured that we take such matters seriously, and we have a thorough checklist in place to ensure that each room is in excellent condition before the guest's check-in. Our supervisors and managers conduct joint inspections to verify everything is in proper working order. If any issues are discovered, the housekeeping manager promptly informs the team to block the room and mark it as temporarily out of order.Regarding the new room we provided, our colleague clearly informed you that it faces the main road. We understand your preference for this room due to its improved appearance. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a complimentary breakfast following our agreement that you would refrain from posting negative reviews on any platform. The best about this hotel was the staff: friendly, attentive, polite and helpful. They really know how to treat the client, from the desk staff to the cleaners and watchmen. Among the services provided, I highly recommend the breakfast: great variety and taste. Negatives: the building may need some TLC in some areas; the location is a it far from the tpurist spots, so taxi hiring is mandatory, however the hotel provides transport to the beaches in the area which a great plus. In conclusion, my family and I loved the place and may stay again there if given the chance. I

This hotel was in a quiet end of Bali, great for those who want to be away from the hussle and market life of Kuta and Legian. It is 5mins from the beach which has many seafood restaurants and bars. The hotel is neat tidy and on the smaller side, it is great for a quick stop over and hotel staff were lovely, very happy and helpful.

Stayed in a Pool suite which was huge, very near main reception, pool was very clean & well maintained. Service very good, all staff polite. Property is very popular with Japanese & Chinese guests which makes for a nice change. 15 minutes to get to the airport, beach is a 10 minute walk. Lots of local mini marts & places to eat close by.

The superior rooms were big and clean (and beautiful). The bathrooms were gorgeous. I just got concerned that the shower area doesn't have a curtain, which means that the floor by the vanity mirror gets wet.

We checked in a little after mid night and the staff was aware and ready for our arrival- I don't even recall letting them know. We a welcoming smile he organised our check in and had our welcome drink for us during this process. The room was nice and spacious, and included a robe for you to use. Breakfast was included, its not fancy but was acceptable. Guava juice was really nice.

Impressive hotel
This is my third stay at the hotel and they have consistently demonstrated high levels of service and upkeep of facilities. The free tram service to jimbaran beach is really convenient. One point to improve will be their buffet breakfast- the variety and coffee needs to be changed.

Quality hotel, maintenance required here and there but personnel make up for pretty much everything. Very welcoming atmosphere (thanks Riza and everyone!). The hotel is not too close to the beach, and no shopping around. But along the beachwalk you can find a lot of cafes with rather cheap seafood. Some of them do free taxi pick ups from the hotel! Loved my family stay there.

The hotel was amazing. Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. The staff are extremely friendly, and the beach is very close by. The hotel breakfast was also amazing and compared to other places in Bali, this hotel was defo a 5*.

Good hotel overall, however hotel caters mainly to Asian Visitors and therefore menu limited in restaurant especially for breakfast. Staff ability to speak English limited although they try to be helpful and have a smile on their faces all the time.

We had a great stay at Watermark Hotel. We had a pool suite room, and this was perfect for our young family to cool down in privacy. The private pool was also cooler than the other hotel pools. The restaurant made some of the best nasi campur that we had during our stay, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. Definitely recommend this hotel!

It's a good Hotel for a short break.
The Goods Friendly Staff Secure Good onsite restaurant Two swimming pools Free Cycle hire Onsite Money exchange Onsite Tour operator (although their english is very poor) Kids play room Departure Lounge Suite Lounge Clean Free Coffee in Room Free Shuttle to Beach, Mall and Seyminyak The Bads Hotel is a bit dated. Rooms need maintenance Room Shower is open plan and water goes everywhere on the floor Room Toilet was not very appealing Hotel owners are from Japan. Everything at the hotel is translated into Japanese Location is poor. Its away from all the good things in Bali Airport is close. Traffic is bad at peak times Overall I would choose this place only if I needed to be in Jimbaran region. Otherwise there are plenty of other places to choose from.

Airport hotel
We had to find a place to stay after our flight got cancelled. Other hotels closer to the airport were fully booked already so we ended up at the Watermark. Looks like it is a Japanese chain for its specilaty restaurant, facilities and room deco & bedding. Breakfast was ok. We think it was ok as a close to the airport hotel option. Wouldn’t recommend it otherwise.

Clean hotel that is very close to the airport (15 min drive). It was the perfect place to stay if you are flying in or flying out the next day so you can rest instead of being stuck in more traffic. Breakfast in the morning was just OK, maybe I will try the Japanese breakfast next time as it looks better than the buffet. Check-in was pleasant, offering cold towels and welcome drinks. We got the standard room which was exactly as advertised... standard. The bed was nice and bigger than normal king beds. They didn't give us enough towels though so we had to ask for more. Overall, good hotel for 1 night after flying or needing to catch an early flight. Otherwise I would stay elsewhere.

Generally good hotel, but could easily be improved
Easy to see how this hotel probably was amazing when new, very comfortable large rooms and a great list of facilities. Unfortunately it's just getting away from the staff as pool decking fades, bathroom caulking goes slightly moldy and the gym equipment becomes sparse and worn. Overall it was a pleasant stay with super friendly staff, just not so sure 8.20am is appropriate for them to come past for room cleaning.

Not worth it for the high cost
The only saving grace for this hotel is the amazing staff. They are so friendly & sweet. The location is quite far from everything. The restaurant is stupid expensive & does not have much of a variety. If you are not Japanese, tough luck, as the hotel caters solely for Japanese tourists. Even the food is catered for Japanese guests. The spa is a bit of a rip off. The hotel gives u a "free 20 mins reflexology voucher ". The spa then puts the hard sell & keeps trying to get you to have a massage & when I refused, the man at the desk was not pleased. It was such a disappointment that I forgo my last night that I paid for &.checked into a different hotel. There are lots more cheaper & nicer hotels in Kuta & Seminyak to choose from. I would never stay in this Watermark again. It's a lot different from the other Watermark hotels I have stayed at.

nice hotel but the best are their staff .
Warm welcome and departure. Everyone we met that worked at hotel were always helpful . When they did not know the answer, they would get someone to help. After a full day of touring, we always wanted to our hotel/home . The lobby was full of comfortable seating so we sat and visited . We enjoyed both pools with comfortable seating in the areas. We also used the gym. They handled our small issues easily and always with a smile. The children were so sweet around the pool and at breakfast time. Family oriented.

Nice Hotel, team definitely make the difference
Lovely comfortable hotel, we had a suite which was a good size and well laid out, good amenities, short drives and walks to most shopping and attractions. The team here are exceptional a real credit to business, nothing was too difficult and always done in a timely manner. Breakfast is on par with most hotels though nothing exceptional, room service and restaurant is the same. Japanese restaurant out the front was something different and a nice change of pace. A lovely place to stay.
