"The hotel staff are very kind, polite and friendly. I would like to thank Mr. Toofan, the hotel owner, Mr. Mohammad and the other hotel staff. It is a good hotel, but the quality of the hotel can be improved by doing small things. For example, putting some lights in the parking lot. Or putting carpet in the hotel corridors. There are other small things that can be improved easily and at a low cost. The hotel is near a hospital, so the area around the hotel is very busy."

"This was definitely not a four star hotel, I have no idea how the class this a four star. I genuinely do not even know where to start. I travel a lot at least once a week and I travel across the world. I’ve never encountered such a horrible room in my entire life. I’ve stayed at two star hotels which is way better than this. This is a big scam please stay away. The bathroom stunk so badly, The room stunk off smoke and I guess somebody was smoking before me and it has not been cleaned at all....
