Good choice for İzmir

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good. Ease of visit: We stayed two nights and it was very convenient from the metro to and for the airport and Selçuk (Ephesus). Food: Breakfast was various options for the food and drink. The food was delicious for us! Staff: The staff was nice and helpful.

Sehr zentrales Hotel, ca. 5 Gehminuten zur Stadtmitte. Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr nette Personal. Einziges Manko ist, dass sich das Hotel direkt gegenüber vom Swiss befindet, in welchem Abends Hochzeiten stattfinden. Also wer gerne früh schlafen geht, sollte sich vielleicht ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Nice hotel with gentle staff

Barish, the manager, was very kind to us and gave us an upgrade and free breakfast. All was well, the beds, the rooms, wifi and the lobby. The only thing we did not like was the massage. The lady that gave us the massage had her nose running while massaging us and her phone was ringing. Once she even answered the phone and put it between her ear and her shoulder while massaging me. Not my idea of a relaxing massage!

Spacious and quiet room

One of the best things about this hotel is the generous room size. For a small extra fee, we were upgraded to a room at the front of the building with a balcony that overlooked a park-like area across the road, instead of another building. We were just a few blocks from the ocean and decent restaurants. Personally, I liked the older-style furnishings (and very comfy bed!) but the bathroom could do with a refresh. However, everything worked and that's ultimately what you want in a bathroom! Excellent soundproofing. We were just above the lobby but didn't hear anything. Service was good and most reception staff seemed to have an understanding of English, especially if you spoke slowly and clearly. Meal tip: breakfast is NOT included and is 10 euros. Save your $$ and have a perfectly fine breakfast for 10 Turkish lira just a couple of blocks away. Photo is the view of the room.
