We had a beautiful family vacation at The Sebali Resort. Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. It was very relaxing and professional.

Amazing private pool with spa. Loved the privacy of our villa and pool, and room service. The food in the restaurant was not great when you eat at the restaurant - eat off site for breakfast (the breakfast buffet is flavourless) or order to your room. Great restaurant close by.

The room- not clean, rusty fittings. Dirty and stained carpet, Laminated floating floor in room lifting and past it’s used by date Dirty stained sheets on bed Dirty stained bath towels Shower has frosted glass that is part of the balcony- so person showering seen from any angle outside. Upstairs shower with visible lime scale and rust Sink downstairs with broken tap And rust Hot water non existent Both bathrooms covered in mysterious splatters Staff polite enough but not welcoming Spa on room deck old and dirty and visible by anyone looking up from the pool or any room Pictures on website do not match the actual quality of the hotel. Pool on rooftop poorly maintained, tiles broken around pool and definitely not as advertised, as well as the view definitely not as advertised. Restaurant and bar closed and had obvious damage. Plunge pools on other room balcony’s visibly dirty and coated in algae. Hotel gym closed for renovations and three pieces of gym equipment passed their used by date out in foyer for use We left after first night Refund of further nights denied. Expedia contacted and they tried to contact the crystal on our behalf and their calls were left unanswered.
