"Best thing about this lovely hotel is the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful breakfast was good rooms spotless. We loved the roof terrace bar but on two out of the 3 afternoons their we could not get in as it was full."

"The best place I've stayed in Copenhagen. We have a young child and they were very accommodating as well as gave us a lot of recommendations. This was also a great central location to ride bikes or walk from but not right in the middle of downtown so there was less noise in the mornings. We are definitely coming back."

"Great value. My room was lovely. Although the little step you had to step over into the bathroom got me a few times. The hotel is located in the Royal Quarter you can walk to the palace, the government building shopping, etc. and of course the water. "

"Great hotel, about 15 mins walk to Tivoli Gardens but close to Christianshavn and Freetown Christiania across the footbridge. Views across the lakes are amazing. Rooms are comfy if a little stuffy, windows do open but there is traffic noise.from.the busy road outside. Rooms are comfy though limited storage for anything other than hanging clothes. Only showers in rooms but plenty of hot water and good pressure. Beds are comfy if a little on the firm side. Upgraded rooms come with higher floors, robes and slippers and a coffee maker which were nice but not sure if worth the extra of the standard price. You can bid to get a better roomwhich is good value. Breakfast isnt automatically included so check the room rate. Breakfast had a good range of items but got very busy at peak times, the servery could do with being bigger and more spread out but the quality and freshness were great. Whilst there are 6 elevators every time you get in one, it seems to stop multiple times - especially if you're in a higher floor. The foyer and bar/lounge are gorgeous and really nice spaces, the staff were really helful too especially after a few mix ups following the upgrade we chose. I'd recommended the hotel as the views are great but it is a bit further out of the centre because of this. Not much nearby the hotel so you'll need to walk or jump on public transport to go out. "
