"We arrived very early in the morning and the front desk staff didn't hesitate to store our luggage until our room was ready. We had a suite, which accommodated our college aged daughter on a sofa bed and a separate room for my husband and me - draw back was no room darkening curtains. The sun comes up pretty early this time of year! While waiting for friends in the lobby, there were inexpensive options for a la carte beer/wine. Staff was very friendly! "

We (3 related adults) stayed 7 nights to attend Eurovision in Malmo Sweden and tour Copenhagen. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher and Netto grocery around the corner were all great amenities. Front desk staff very friendly (English) and helpful to first time USA visitors to Denmark."

"The Profil hotel at the Copenhagen Plaza is a charming older hotel. It has an older style elevator and the room had a fridge. Our room also had a small balcony. There was a notice in the elevator saying that the they were renovating the top floors of the hotel. We were on one of the top floors. It is really good that the rooms are getting renovated as the black mold/mildew in the bathroom shower and on the ceiling was quite overwhelming. Hopefully, once the rooms are renovated, they can keep...
